Final price, no hidden costs. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. The USD 80 security deposit is left in cash. As accommodation for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Practical information

A few rules, all of them clear.

Check-in: 14:00 – 17:00 · arrivals after 17:00 on request
Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
Minimum stay: 3 nights; 7 nights for stays touching 1 Jan – 4 Jan, 12 Aug – 19 Aug and 22 Dec – 31 Dec.
Payment: A 30% deposit when you book and the balance 7 days before arrival, online by card or M-Pesa through Pesapal. On site (air conditioning, extras) cash or M-Pesa.
Cancellation: Full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival; after that, the 30% deposit is not returned.
Deposit: USD 80 in cash on arrival, returned at check-out once the apartment has been checked.
On request: Airport transfer, breakfast, excursions, private chef.
